Tsukemono(漬物) are Japanese preserved vegetables which are served with
traditional meal alongside rice and miso soup.
In Japan, there is a big variety of
Tsukemono. All kind of vegetables are used to make it, also some pickling
methods are used to preserve such as pickled in salt, rice bran or vinegar.
In this class, you can make some types of
