Okaki is one of Japanese traditional snacks, which is made of rice cakes.
It used to be made at home with New Year’s rice cakes (Kagami mochi).
The most popular Okaki is seasoned with soy sauce, but nowadays, many varieties of Okaki,
for example sesame, shrimp or curry flavored, are sold in shops.
