Class Days and Time

1. Prospective students should complete and return this enrolment form together with full payment of their tuition fees before starting lessons.
2. Prospective students should enroll at least two weeks before the course starts.
3. No refunds will be made after the course has commenced, unless JIC in Australia cancels the course. There is no refund on course materials after purchase; exceptional circumstances as approved by JIC in Australia excluded when a refund of 50% if unused fees may be refunded.
4. A $58.00 cancellation fee may be charged for cancellation prior to the commencement of the course.
5. No refund will be given for unattended classes. However, in the case of classes having been missed by the student, a private ?catch-up? lesson may be arranged at a cost of $35 (GST included) per 60 minutes.
6. Unused portions of classes are not transferable to other persons.
7. Unused portions of classes are not transferable to another term at JIC in Australia; exceptional circumstances as approved by JIC in Australia excluded. In the case of classes being transferred to another term, the original voucher provided by JIC in Australia must be presented in order to redeem the classes.
8. JIC in Australia reserves the right to alternate teachers and make changes to curriculum at any time, without notice.
9. Where possible, students are to notify JIC in Australia in advance if they will be absent from class, or one week notice in advance if wish to discontinue the course.
10. A 5% discount if you enroll more than one course at the same term.
11. A 5% discount for family members that study together for the same term.
12. A 5% discount for the next term if you introduce your friends who enroll in a JIC course.
13. A 5% discount if you enroll two or more terms in advance.
14. Private students must give the JIC office 24 hours notice, during the working hours if they are unable to attend a lesson. Failure to do so will incur a fee equal to the cost of the lesson.
15. A $10.00 administration fee per person will be charged for initial enrolment or non ? concurrent enrolments.
16. A report is available upon request at any time. A $10.00 administration fee is applicable.
17. A 3% surcharge will be for credit cards payment due to the bank charges.
